What we collect

From the partner application, only what you type:

• Company name
• MC or USDOT number
• Fleet size and home state
• The departments you’re interested in
• What your company can offer
• Contact name, email and phone
• Your message

From the driver application, only what you type:

• How you want to drive (company, owner-operator or team)
• Your CDL status, experience and the equipment you want
• Your home ZIP code and the home time you want
• Your name, phone, email and the best time to call
• Your message

From the Talk with Safety window:

• Your name, phone and email
• Your company, if you add it
• Your question

Each application or message also carries a reference, such as TT-261003-7Q4K, so we can find it quickly — and, if the link you followed had a source tag (such as utm_source), that tag.

Where it goes

When you send an application or a message, Web3Forms relays it by email to info@fleetrisepartners.com. To match drivers with jobs, our recruiting team shares driver applications with partner carriers that fit what the driver is looking for.
